Our office is open Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (10am - 5pm), an even be in the office on Sunday (Noon - 4pm). Availability is limited, so try to schedule an appointment to come see your new place as soon as possible. In order to apply for one of our fabulous apartment homes, you will need to bring the following information with you: Three (3) current and consecutive pay stubs, if you are with a new employer, your hire letter on company letterhead is required and/or your most recent tax forms. $29 application fee per person, 18 years of age and older, in the form of a money order or cashier's check Copy of your Social Security Card $125 administrative/holding fee Picture I.D. to tour your new home.

Terms
$29 per applicant and is non-refundable. Applicants must be 18 years or older. The entire application must be completed before it will be accepted for processing.$125 covers all administrative costs for processing the lease and is non refundable.Starts at $300, may be higher based upon application results. Due at move in.Sutton Walk and Lenox Court are pet friendly communities. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Maximum weight is 25 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. We are currently offering 6, 9 & 12 month leases. There is a short term lease fee of $200 per month for a 6 month lease, and $150 per month for a 9 month lease.
