The onsite managers and staff were great! but the corporate rules and restrictions were very resident unfriend Read Morely. Constant intrusive inspections, life disruptive mantaience decisions, bottom line more important than customer satisfaction.

Excellent location in Bellevue, the only con is the noise during the baseball season. It can get pretty noisy Read Moreduring the day and night, it may be hard to sleep if you're coming home from night shift. Otherwise neighbors were friendly and it's in a great school district. Shops are just a short drive away. Safe to walk around the community, there is also a trail nearby.
