We first started renting at Kendall ridge in August 2007. For the first year, the community was under a differ Read Moreent management and we had an awful experience with them. The following year the management changed and it was a lot better after that. The rents came down by 40%, the maintenance was better and there were more friendly staff in the office to deal with customer service. This was a very positive change and we were impressed by the swiftness with which this was implemented under new mgmt.
