Terms

Our lease terms are: 3 Months, 6 Months, 7 Months, 9 Months, 12 Months, 13 Months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $300 pet deposit, $300 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Pets under 25lbs - $300 fee / $300 refundable deposit, Pets over 25lbs - $500 fee / $500 refundable deposit. $30.00 monthly pet rent for 1 or 2 pets.
