Noise was problematic during their remodeling. Parking is always an issue at night. After a year as a renter w Read Moreho always paid on time, when it was time to renew the lease, rent went up by $300. ( guess someone has to pay for the remodeling). And a one year renewal wasn't an option. Leasing office said their rates were fair and we could move.
