Management was absolutely horrible. The manager was unprofessional. All services and amenities that they liste Read Mored they had were untrue. Noise levels were high and neighbors were extremely disruptive when I made attempts to notify the manager she made no attempts to remidy the problems. Parking is a major issue. If you don't pay for a spot you won't have one and even if you do, someone will park in it and it will be hard to have them towed.

They had nice amenities and kept the grounds maintained. We enjoyed the community gatherings and made some fri Read Moreends because of them. The kids seemed safe there and enjoyed the kiddie pool and playgrounds.

Parking was horrible and was forced to rent a parking spot, the windows leaked causing mold to be a problem. T Read Morehe walls, AND floors were so thin I could hear the person UNDERNEATH me going to the bathroom. Not only did I have to pay $300 pet deposit, but I had to pay an additional $20 a month for my 9lb cat. They charged way too much, and then wanted to raise my rent $100. They failed to transfer the power and stuck me with a bill. When I tried to contact them, they would not return my call.

We were really pleased with Crystal Cove Apartments. The management staff, groundskeepers, and maintenance per Read Moresonnel were great. If we lived in Everett, WA we would definitely be return renters. We had a really great experience with them.
