I think the current residents should get the same improvements in their apartments that future ones will have. Read More New appliances, colored paint on the walls, new cabinets, ceiling fans. Are we not just as good as any future residents Trinity will get in

Certified Resident

The main reason I chose mariner court in the first place was the price, however the rent has increased quite a Read More bit since I first moved in. I'm in a one bed one bath now and it is actually decent sized. Its very close to where I work so that is a plus.
