I would tell them, the office staff has no since of urgency when it comes to dealing with problems. I thought Read Morethis would be a nice to place to live, I was wrong.

The staff is friendly, but maintenance will take about a month to fix anything, from a leaky faucet to a di Read Moreshwasher that doesn't drain. They still haven't brought the closet doors that were supposed to be fixed right after move in over a year ago, you get to a point where you just give up asking. When we first moved in the garbage was overflowing the garbage bins, causing the parking lots to be full of trash, and even wind up on your doorstep, they now have a service that picks it up from the door, but the cans you are required to use are to small, and you have no where to put the rest of the trash.
I can hear the neighbors, their conversations, their music, and their kids at all hours day, and night. The kids in this complex run wild, with no supervision and the majority of the teens are smoking weed, and the younger kids are bullies.
It took 9 months for them to reopen the Resident Retreat, and then they go and have inconvenient hours, and they close it on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the indoor heated pool is usually freezing. I'll end it here, but of course there is more issues that add up to an unpleasant place to live.

I have lived in my own home or the last 10 years. Having to downsize and move into an apartment took some adj Read Moreusting. The Pavilion staff have made the move a pretty good process. However using old stoves and dishwasher doesn't rank high on my TO DO LIST ever again. I'm paying way too much for the condition of the apartment, but I won't complain it's simply the economy. I won't be renewing my lease if I can help it. Overall it's a decent place.

First looks seem like it was great place. After 4-5 months not sure if i would even want to re new the lease. Read MoreGreat amenities listed.. but that's just it. They are only listed. The Basketball Gym which is horrible condition and looks like no one cares for it has been open maybe one month. The gym changes hours with out telling anyone so now people at home have to wait till 12 00 middle of the day to go to the gym. A note on the door is horrible communication.I see you switched the trash waste program which is a good idea. Considering how all the people don't care if the trash makes it to the bigger bins provided out side. The gate worked one day and has been broken the entire time I've been here. Most yelp reviews also stated that things are closed due to construction all the time and my first thought was that's fine cause they are making improvements on the grounds. Although after living here for a while it is annoying because nothing is ever open.

Thank you so much for your feedback and patience while we continue our improvements throughout the property. We truly understand your frustrations with our temporary closure of amenities and I apologize for the inconvenience. We are working as quickly as we can to finish our office renovation and re-open the basketball court. In regards to the gates, we are just waiting on approval to install cameras so we can deter the next hit and run incident. Our Retreat is open Wednesday ��� Sunday from 12:00 pm -9:00 pm and are currently closed for lunch breaks until we can complete card reader repairs. Again, thank you for your time and we appreciate hearing that you believe the Valet Trash Service is a benefit to the community!
