Certified Resident for 1-3 years

The staff are friendly, always courteous, and take time to listen to any complaints, though I've never had any Read More in almost 2 years. Love the apt. It has everything I need for a single guy.

Management wasn't great. If we had a question or concern, we often felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Read More They didn't always keep the hours they posted. We were usually misquoted on maintenance calls. Parking was atrocious; there were several times we had to park on the complete opposite side of the complex.

The unit itself was nice. We were fortunate to have a unit farthest from the freeway, so the noise and site of that was blocked for us. We probably wouldn't move back though.

My apartment constantly wreaked of smoke from the person underneath us and they did nothing about it.

The apt I lived in got flooded by a broken pipe in a wall, I was in the process of getting ready to move after Read More giving notice. I got charged for the carpet cleaning that was supposed to be done by them after the flooding. I am very dissatisfied with them!
