Even though the apartment is close to some busy streets, you won't hear much noise through the thick walls and modern insulated windows in this secluded park-like property.
The unit is available immediately and comes with newly carpeted bedrooms and living room and hardwood vinyl in the kitchen, bathroom and hallways. Appliances include a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. This spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is 900 square feet and comes with a free reserved, covered parking space plus free guest parking areas. Also we have two laundry rooms on site.
There is no smoking allowed on the property and we do not allow charcoal BBQs. Utilities are a flat monthly surcharge of $50, excluding electricity which is individually metered.
We require a $500 security deposit, a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee, and $45 application fee per person for move in. Additional deposit may or may not be required depending on application score. Pets are welcome with a $400 deposit (breed restrictions do apply). Option to furnish! Now accepting interested parties for our May wait list.
