My husband and I lived in the Stinson Park Apartments from August of 2013 to July 2014. The walls were terribl Read Morey thin, poorly insulated, always smelled like cigarette smoke, there were constant water leaks and there was a hole in the outer wall that you could see outside through. Maintenance patched it with neon orange spray foam. Manager scheduled walk through for the day after we turned in the key and then had completed the walk through before I got there and refused to do one with me.

Stinson Park apartments would not fix broken and gaping windows which let in terrible drafts. Consist mainten Read Moreance was not available, and there were no "amenities" to enjoy.

The place is not bad, but there are a few things that could be easily be done to make the place a bit nicer. P Read Moreroviding for an assigned parking space for each apartment near the apartment would be nice as I have seen some residents have visitors taking up much of the parking spaces that paying renter should have for bringing in their groceries, children, etc... Having an assigned parking space near their apartment would be a nice touch. Also repairs seem to take a very long time to get completed.

I was very happy there - at first. After about three months, stains started coming up through the carpets, an Read Mored mold started forming in the bedrooms and bathroom - both of which I was later charged for when I moved. The original manager was amazing and friendly, her replacement was not. The biggest issue was the hidden fees (at that time, at least - this was four+ years ago now) for water, sewer and garbage did not allow for this to be the best space for my money as it originally appeared.
