The location was great and my end townhouse was perfectly situated with maximum sun and park view. The townho Read Moreuse advertises as high end but I would say it was more medium end. My eat at counter was too high for even the highest of stools making it a buffet counter instead. The carpet was low end and the fireplace was tricky to get functioning. The washer and dryer were low end one piece stackable which was a bit annoying considering how far washer and dryer unit have come to save on resources.

They are nice looking townhomes however, the rent is insane for what you have. You don't have a deck, well yo Read Moreu do but it's not big enough for you to sit on. Ours is big enough to fit our BBQ and that's it! Maintenance is tough to get fixed and will take MONTHS for someone to come in and fix something. We've been here for a couple years and our rent has jumped up over 300 bucks. It's not worth it.
