While living there, the office manager at the time would let people that shouldn't be able to live there do so Read More. He would pocket extra money from them to allow them that live there, without upper management knowing that they lived there.

While living at Quail Ridge it was a pleasant environment. I was very disappointed when I requested a referra Read Morel for my present apartment. I have paperwork from a Minnesota Senior Apartment complex of receiving a very good Checkout History with Quail Ridge. But when I requested a referral for my present apartment the manager lied and said that, 'I owed 0ver 300.00 dollars for damages." This caused me to have to make a very large deposit on my present apartment. He was a heavy drinker.
