I had to make a copy of my apartment key because they either lost the key or miss placed it. Put in a work ord Read Moreer and still it's not completed.

It was absolutely excellent until it moved from Equity Residential to Bridge Property. The new management was Read More very difficult to deal with and the sole reason for purchasing a home much sooner than I had planned. I marked Average since it went from Excellent to Poor during my four years there.

We've been living here for a little over 2 years without any issues. It is a nice quiet community with respec Read Moretful neighbors and property management. The grounds are always kept clean and well maintained. If any maintenance issues arise, they get resolved quickly and promptly.

It's a great place to live and I would recommend it to others.

The complex was ok, but the apartment was dirty when I moved in. The office staff was awful. They applied my Read Morerent to the wrong apartment and then told me that I missed a payment. It took at least a week to get the office to figure out it was their mistake.
When I moved out, they tried to charge me for utilities I had already paid. Said they would charge me because I had not moved large appliances and cleaned under and behind them. That was not on on the cleaning checklist.
