The first 4 years of our residency was rated as "excellent." It was not until our 5th and final year that rati Read Moreng took a fall to POOR. The maintenance were spot on perfect on the work they had done. the on-site management had poor communication skills when it came to the residents. We also found that if a staff member lived on property, they did not have to follow the same rules as the FULL paying residents.
