Walls are incredible thin, neighbor is very loud. Several dogs in the complex, owners let them be outside unat Read Moretended and they bark very often. As far as management, I've never had a problem. The apartment manager is great and always takes care of needs.

The apartments are overall ok. Small for the money being paid. There as been a few i ssuse since I have been h Read Moreere that should have been taken care of before a resident moved in. As well the lack of communication for the residents about what happening at the complex is quite frustrating.

As far as lack of communication, we usually post to our residents doors what is going to happen as far as any work being done to the apartments,or we mail our residents FYI letters. Feel free to stop by or call to schedule a work order to resolve those issues, we do our best prior to a resident moving in and if something is not up to our new residents standards, we have them write it down on their move in paperwork and take care of it as soon as possible.
