management is good to work with, maintenance is on the spot , since thrive has taken over ownership, cost of r Read Moreenting this apartment has gone up $400.00 per month which is steep since my apartment has not been painted in 15 years, plus we are paying the price of apartments that have been fully upgrade. building exteriors need pressure washing, touch up needs to done on the more exposed trim

The management staff is very courteous and helpful but the parking for certain buildings is not great. There i Read Mores no assigned parking so it is a free for all to park near your building. The are of Martha Lake is also getting louder and more congested than it was when I first moved in 2 years ago. The apartments are newer looking with updated appliances which would normally deserve a higher rating especially because of the great staff. But with the parking and the changes in the area my rating drop
