The location is convenient. Maintenance and disposal of dog feces is poor. I did not own a dog (have always h Read Moread animals and love them), but routinely had dog feces in my "yard" (outside my door). The rent is way too high. You have to pay all utilities along with the high rent so tack on at least hundred f Read Moreor the water and garbage, Then you have the Electric bill. In the summer it is below a hundred but as soon as it gets cold the bill went from $98 to $250 in 2 months and that was keeping the heat set at 63. We had a sink that got plugged and they had to call plumber and that costed us $250. The staff are great but your money will leave your pockets very fast living here.

This is unethical and why we moved out. The insulation between the units doesn't block sound very well so we could hear our neighbors all the time.
