The staff is super nice & helpful. In my opinion rent is too high for what you get. I.E. The insides are outda Read Moreted, none of the doors match each other or the frames, poor outside lighting, the amenities seem to always be broken & waiting for parts to ship (amenities were a big contributing factor when we were looking), we were told the carpets were professionally cleaned but the carpet felt like it had a film on it & there were flees, we've never had flees before living here...I could go on

Very poor conditions with a maintenance staff that is slow to respond, if ever they actually do! For the pric Read Moree you could rent a home. I do not recommend at all.
