My apartment was nothing like the sample one. Office never called back about my move in date. The room was a m Read Moreess when I moved in; they refused to clean it. Carpets are stained, the trim doesn't meet the floor or is missing in some places. The floors are so noisy that the tiny girls upstairs sound like ogres stomping around. We've had an uninstalled washer sitting in our kitchen for over a month. The heat doesn't work in any bedrooms. TONS of BIG spiders. Internet doesn't work 90% of the time.

location, price, stuff, ans staff these things are good, I really like it, however, one of huge problem is in Read Morehere. Roommates. Before I move to here, I got survey from you guys, and I did it, In the survey, It was ask me about how much am I neat (clean, organize), race, age, allergy pet, and something else. However, I'm sure they didn't check up my survey. I am pretty much neat person, but, look at my roommates! they never clean up living room, kitchen, bathroom, even their room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pay extra money to an apartment complex to ensure that my property is maintained and that things are fixed w Read Morehen needed. The place is always cluttered with trash and animal feces; policies are not enforced. The electricity portion of my lease was changed without prior consent from tenants, which actually resulted in a third party additional cost! Apartments are not conditioned for winter. I can't wait to move...
