Pretty standard apartments as far as the area goes. Office personnel are friendly and helpful. Recently had ma Read Moreny trees on the grounds removed due to being too close to the buildings which has had, in my opinion, a negative effect on the overall atmosphere of Canyon Park Apartments. The noise level from the nearby roads are louder, there is virtually no shade near the buildings and a sense of privacy was removed as now there are no trees to break line of sight with other buildings.

The only thing I did not like was you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls and my neighbors were noisy. Th Read Moreey also left cigarette butts, etc on my patio. One other thing concerning maintenance was I paid $100/mo for a garage and there was no keyless entry pad and I had to put new batteries in the garage door opener myself.

The apartment we were shown and agreed on including the price was not the one we ended up getting or having to Read More rent. When we moved we cleaned deeply and nothing was damaged other than what was already done, but we never received or deposit because mgmt said it was dirty and listed additional damages that was previously done. I would not rent there again.

I enjoy the pool. Im close to the play area for my grand kids. And when something is wrong they fix it within Read Morea day or two.
