Honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived. But I think what makes a big difference is the location o Read Moref my place and the good neighbors. What holds me back from saying excellent is issues with garbage piling up on weekends and a office staff member who isn't too friendly and makes mistakes. But everyone else is amazingly nice, so I usually just try to speak with them first. Also finding parking at night is a challenge.

Over a span of 3 years, I lived in 2 different units at OCP and both of them were really nice. I didn't have a Read Moreny issues with them. The grounds were nicely kept. There were times though that maintenance was slow to get things fixed but after telling the office staff more than once that something was broken, it would get fixed.

There seemed to be a high turnover of rental staff. Also at move out the final charges were not explained in d Read Moreetail and I feel like I got a little bamboozled.

The security is nonexistent, they do not provide accurate billing, if you want a garage you have to pay extra Read More for that, and if you need handicap parking you have to have a Doctors
letter stating you need it. All of this and aome is why we moved after 8 months.
