Overall we had a good experience there. We had no problems with management till we moved out. I set up a payme Read Morent plan with them to pay off a small damage roughly $200 and the manager didn't even give me a month to make my first payment and she sends us to collections. I was disappointed. And thought we were on good terms with the management.

The location of the apartment complex was very good, and the units were in very good shape. We had a very po Read Moresitive experience on living there, but you must accept there is a train that goes behind the residences, and blows it's horn about 6 times every night (Between 11 PM - 6 AM). We enjoyed living there but the price was getting high when we left. Also there was no security of the area, and we were burglarized twice in 3 years of living there. There is no gate at the front of the complex.

Noisy bar from across the street. Was charged cleaning fee when I thoroughly cleaned the house. Negotiated and Read More paid amount in full but was then sent to collections and has to fight to get it taken off.
