Overall I was happy with the staff and the apartment as a whole. The only complaint I had was the bathroom was Read More not properly ventilated and so it caused there to be a lot of moisture on the walls and there was a concern of mood.

It's a big complex and I'm not a fan of big apartment complexes. Other than that, I was pretty nice. Wish ther Read Moree was a gate at the back of the complex so it was more secured.

While living there, the staff was very helpful and took the time to get to know me. When moving out though, I Read Morehad an issue with the process. They did not work around me schedule for doing the walk-through, then charged what I think to be an unfair amount for repairs, and had some sort of mix up with the management contacting me via mail. I never received a mailed statement for move out charges so they sent the fee to a collection agency, nearly ruining my credit. FYI always check the blinds.

We apologize that your stay was not what you expected. We DO strive for the best in customer service. We are very thorough with what is expected at move out as far as cleaning and we always ask for a forwarding address, because the post office will not necessarily forward. Please contact the Property Manager for additional info on balance due. Contacting the Manager directly is the best way to solve misunderstandings regarding your balance and damages left.

We were promised a certain ground floor apartment over the phone. When we arrived from Minneapolis the apartm Read Moreent that was reserved for us had been given away. We then settled for a different apartment. Also, we had to get the management to replace the kitchen flooring as it was gouged in several places when we moved in. Also, when we moved out they kept half of our deposit. The apartment was cleaner and more well kept when we moved out than when we moved in.

When I moved in my parking spot I was paying for was double rented so never had a spot close they gave me one Read Moreon the other side of the complex which wasn't helpful . Also when I had issues with my roommate changing the locks wasn't a high priority for them . They advertise as gated they are not all the way . The office staff was so unhelpful after I signed my lease they didn't treat me as a person . Dog droppings in the grass grounds were not well kept loved there back in 2011
