Rent is very high, they seem to need to enter my apartment every 2 months for some reason or the other. They Read Moreonly have one garbage compactor and it is very for from many residents and I have seen lots of people leaving garbage on their front porches for days if not weeks. I have started to see cockroaches here and there so far 3 in my apartment that I keep very clean.

The stove and the dishwasher could use an upgrade. Wall repair could have been better when they had the painte Read Morers paint before I moved in. Price is a little steep. The maintenance personnel and office personnel does respond and fix whatever is wrong right away and does a great job.
