Our lease terms are: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Other Policy: We welcome 2 dogs or cats per apartment home. The pet fee is $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $30 for the first pet and $20 for the second pet. There is no weight limit however there are breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
