Hilltop is about as good as can be expected for a an apartment complex. There are the usual annoyances such as Read More noise coming from the balconies and stairways. Also, people smoking on their balcony cause cigarette smoke to waft into my apartment. I have to keep my sliding door and windows closed when this occurs.
