The Windsor apartments feature spacious closets, cozy fireplaces, seasonal heated pool, spa, fitness center, tanning beds, dry sauna, parking garages, free reserved carports, and lush landscaped grounds. The Windsor Apartments is a pet friendly community accepting both cats and dogs, with only a few breed restrictions, no weight limit, and a two pet limit per apartment with a community dog park onsite.

    Pet Policy: $25 pet rent. $200 non-refundable pet fee.     My stay at Windsor was good but not great. It was quite a while ago, the staff at the time was friendly, but n Read Moreot all that efficient.

    The Windsor went from bad to great to not so good during our stay there. The first six months we saw three man Read Moreagers come and go along with maintenance staff. Then finally, a very good team came and changes were made. Before we left that team moved on to greener pastures and alas, we saw the transitional phase again. It's hard to manage and maintain when you have that kind of turnover.

    My apartment was broken into, asked if i could break my lease which they did agree to without me being charged Read More however months later i received a call from a collection agency. They ended up charging me $1200.
