Positive: Good staff, good facility and location with clean grounds. Negative: Cost is high, towing compan Read Morey refuses to tow anyone in your spot despite having the lease to prove it's yours (resulting in pointless waste of time), staff don't seem to follow up on things (i.e. issuing warning regarding towing cars parked for weeks and not actually doing it)

I have been living at The Knolls for four years now and have made zero complaints. The surrounding community i Read Mores excellent and full of useful facilities. Neighboring residents are kind and keep quiet during evening hours, and the office staff is extremely helpful and prompt with any concerns. Parking structure is free for all; perfect for visitors, and buildings are beautifully made. Awesome Location - Perfect Living Space - Amazing people. A fantastic place to live!

Some of the girls in the office are just not friendly or knowlegeable in how to engage with residents concerns Read More. If you need maintenance done in your unit, I always type up a work order because they tend to write it on a piece of scratch paper and then its lost, so can take weeks and trips to the office reminding them of a problem.

For all work orders, we highly encourage you to submit a maintenance request, so our team can fulfill those in a timely and professional manner. The rent is excessively high for what you get- an old moldy apartment. Staff are inflexible and follow compan Read Morey protocol. In addition there is a washer/dryer that have set outside my neighbors apt for two weeks. This is not a place I have guest over.

Relationship between tenants and office has weakened since we've moved in. Used to be stronger. Constructio Read Moren right next to where we lived caused vibration in the building during the day. For someone that works nights and sleeps during the day, it's horrible. Neighbors not picking up after their dogs and letting them loose despite having a dog park on the property. Pool was great the first year; thereafter the pool wasn't cleaned as often and the kiddie pool closed much of the summer.
