However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

2900 on First is a great place to live. The location is so convenient. I can walk to work, restaurants/bars, s Read Morehops, the Seattle Center/Space Needle, & Olympic Sculpture Park. Walking downtown or to SLU is also very pleasant on a nice day. I love the hardwood floors & quartz countertops. There is a doggy patch one floor above street level which provides a convenient & safe option for dogs to socialize, play, relieve themselves, & it gives the owners a chance to meet their neighbors. The staff is fantastic. It is evident both the service & leasing teams take great pride in the community & genuinely care about the residents.

2900 has been our home since 2013 and there is a reason for that...this IS home! The management and maintenan Read Morece staff here are great, the amenities are above average with what is to be expected in this area and our actual apartment is fantastic! Wonderful views, great layout, attractive finishes.
