I'm so happy with my decision to rent at AVA. I transferred with my company from Dallas to Seattle and my lon Read Moreg distance search for an apartment was very overwhelming. AVA staff was incredibly helpful walking me through photos and floor plans of available apartments within my price range. The move-in process was straightforward and easy. I love my new place - the location is perfect for someone new to the city, and overall it's a great place to live!

Great place to raise a family! Close to downtown, but far enough away to be by parks and the coast!
