The location is great and the apartment floor plans are modern. The maintenance staff is wonderful. However, Read More the apartments are sooo energy efficient they get unbearably hot in the summer. Even in the winter I never turned on the heater and I am cold natured. The fire alarms would sound for no reason several times a month, which was hard of my dog's ears. The management was not friendly nor quick to maintain the amenities in the building. Too costly!
