Pet Policy: $20 pet rent. $200 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Dogs & indoor cats are welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed upon approval. Additional rent: $20/pet. Additional deposit: $100 refundable deposit and $200 non-refundable fee per pet. There are no weight restrictions for dogs! The following breeds/crosses are not allowed: Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Great Dane, Malamute, Akita and wolf hybrids. I was disappointed that we only received a $75 credit after experiencing a 21 day loss of use of one of our be Read Moredrooms (from no fault of our own) and pure negligence of the 24 hour on-call emergency phone. Really did not want to have to negotiate a settlement or contact renters' insurance. Christine did come and visit, but I was not here and she called at an inconvenient time while I was at work to discuss how Citywalk would compensate. At first she told my mom $50. Then after talking to me at work she said $75. I really don't feel that was fair compensation for the grief, hardship and inconvenience this caused my household and how much this impacted our health and living situation. This was huge to me and my mom, especially after experiencing all of the other events (no fault of Citywalk). I think the 115th Street gate should be secured or non-existant to deter this kind of activity from people from accessing this unit and potentially others along 115th street. Joe Baker has been awesome, he has offered other units when available, but my mom has limitations of climbing stairs and basically we can't afford the move itself. We love the separate 2 bed 2 bth layout for privacy, but have discussed the possiblity of moving if rent increases.

Front entrance of building is always littered with garbage and for the past two weeks the hallway and stairway Read More was in fact covered with cat litter. Took it upon ourselves to vacuum the area in front of our apartment. The recycling bins are always overflowing and often spills over to ground in front of my parking space. Unsatisfied with the communication and handling of the cyber-intrusion . Neighbors are quiet.

I had one issue before with my car when it was towed out of my parking space because of a miss understanding a Read Morend I spent a lot because my car was not with me for three days.
