The office staff is very friendly and foster a welcoming environment in the building. They keep the building c Read Morelean and are very professional, courteous, timely, and accomodating when responding to any issues I may have. The building itself is very nice and the apartments are spacious for the price. The building feels very safe and secure.

Front desk staff are great. Property is clean, quiet and safe. Two Issues 1) I was unable to have my name adde Read Mored to the intercom system directory. I have a 2 bedroom with a roommate and was told we could only have one name per unit. So, if someone comes to visit me or I have a delivery, I have to go down 4 floors to let them in. 2) The rooftop terrace should be open in the morning. Units are dark and it'd be nice to have coffee on the roof prior to 9am. Doors are often not unlocked at 9am.

Great Location. Directly on a bus line, renovated interiors, stainless steel appliances. A view of fhe Space N Read Moreeedle. A nice comminity feel in this complex.
