The apartment was purchased by a new property management company and the rent was raised high enough for me to Read More leave. They let me break my lease early without penalty. The new company was effectively letting people know they should leave so they could perform remodeling. I did like the apartment layout, but the bathroom in my unit was strangely large.

the manager angela is not nice. she treated the complex like it was her personal property. she had her kids ru Read Morenning around and was passive aggressive with the tenants. she had attitude whenever a tenant asked for help. it was a nice property....but she completely ruined the experience. thats why i moved when my lease was up. she is just a horrible person.
