Property manager has routinely raised the rent $100 a lease or more, utilities that used to be included sudden Read Morely became averages for the entire floor, began to charge us to vacuum hallways, leakage from above apartment ruined shower and bathroom and took them 3 weeks without use of shower to fix and mold lasted twice as long, all maintenance requests took at least 3 visits before they were actually fixed, staff was unable to take simple direction when it comes to package delivery.

They highlight the amenities, but they are often broken and out of date. Every piece of equipment in the fitn Read Moreess room is broken or in poor condition. That's not a value add. Also, our rooftop deck had a gas grill. It suddenly disappeared with no notification to the residents.

Our rooftop view is excellent, but the quality of the appliances is poor and the single pane windows have cons Read Moretant mold issues. The building was last renovated in 2000 I believe, and in my opinion it shows. That sometimes makes me feel as I'm not getting my money's worth, despite the nice view. However Seattle really doesn't have many cheaper options that meet my needs, and it is quite close to the new train station which makes the commute to UW much easier.

Great location, but really expensive once you add on parking, pets & utilities paid in addition to rent. This Read Moremight not be as big of issue if the units had been upgraded as long-time residents moved out. While the on-site mgmt staff are super friendly, maintenance staff is scarce and routine things like the emptying of garbage cans in common areas sometimes gets overlooked.

Apartment wasn't ready by the time we moved in but we were forced to move in regardless. Despite the fact that Read More it took 2 plus weeks to get everything up to clean standards. Was a complete shame when we first got here.
