Not the best apartments, but the biggest reason for my not so great rating is that when we moved out we cleane Read Mored so the place was spotless and still got charged for general cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, all of these things that weren't needed. Especially since the deposit is supposed to be refundable. There is no way anyone has ever lived there and gotten close to their full deposit back. Didn't get any of the deposit back and talked them down to paying them $70 instead of around $200.

The rent is cheap-but you get what you pay for. The office staff was the worst factor in my experience living Read Morehere. Nobody was around on my move-in date, I ended up having to track down the contact information to the Management company's office in California who could contact the staff at my location to actually get me my keys. Staff actually lost a package for me and played dumb about it when I contacted the delivery service and they told me the manager actually signed for it. They were awful.
