I enjoy the apartment overall but my unit was so dirty that it really impacts my impression and experience. I Read More had to hand scrub the walls, floors, inside closets, cabinets and bathroom. The carpet was never properly cleaned. I was shown work orders and I'm sure it was vacuumed but no way it was shampooed. I found old clothing tags and filled a vacuum bag with dirt and dust just going over the bedroom carpet. The front desk employees are very helpful and friendly and I love the location.

No one cleans the gym but all the residents are stuck with a common area cleaning fee each month on top of r Read Moreent. And the laundry room is disgusting. I don't understand what we pay the fee for.

apt was great. Somehow I missed that there is a monthly deadline to give notice to move out and that months ar Read Moree not prorated. So, I had to pay almost $1000 more for rent in March. I didn't even live there for 3 weeks of March. That's $2800 for rent. Office staff told me they could try to turn it over and try to re-rent and give me a partial refund for march. When I tried to pay, they refused partial payment and then did not try to turn the apt over for a new renter. Thanks, guys. That's great.

My satisfaction has mainly to do with the location of the building and my apartment. The building is ideally l Read Moreocated away from the noise and it's on the bus route. My apartment is south-facing so it gets sunlight all day long - which is a big bonus in Seattle. What I don't like : The fact that the office managers lock the packages in the office if they're not claimed by 6p. For those of us who leave for work before 9am and return after 6pm, this can be very inconvenient.
