Rent will always go up every time you renew. They've tacked on a 'building maintenance fee' that essentially r Read Moreaised your rent but they consider it 'variable' and not connected to your base rent cost. Larger update/maintenance projects are poorly managed and uncoordinated. We were asked to keep windows closed in the summer when work wasn't even occurring in our area and then they were laying carpet with off-gassing at the same time. Treadmills broke at one point and weren't fixed for 3 mo.

It's disappointing that your rating is not higher, but we appreciate your feedback. Our prices are based on current market rates, which can account for some fluctuation, but we do feel we provide great value to our residents. If there was any miscommunication regarding our renovation projects, you have our sincere apologies for the inconvenience; we want you to be as comfortable as possible during these transitions. We have been promised a rooftop remodel since we moved in two years ago. Staff are sometimes unfriendly, and o Read Moreur rent hike has been extreme.

I enjoy the apartment overall but my unit was so dirty that it really impacts my impression and experience. I Read More had to hand scrub the walls, floors, inside closets, cabinets and bathroom. The carpet was never properly cleaned. I was shown work orders and I'm sure it was vacuumed but no way it was shampooed. I found old clothing tags and filled a vacuum bag with dirt and dust just going over the bedroom carpet. The front desk employees are very helpful and friendly and I love the location.

No one cleans the gym but all the residents are stuck with a common area cleaning fee each month on top of r Read Moreent. And the laundry room is disgusting. I don't understand what we pay the fee for.
