Certified Resident

The mold that grows is unacceptable in the apartment due to slow and lack of maintenance. They don't keep the Read More trash rooms clean and smell The office staff is very limited on knowledge and GM is running from one property to another and things slip through the cracks on getting done.

This apartment has some benefits, such as its proximity to bus lines, a good grocery store, and easy access to Read More I-5. However, the negatives outweighed these positives. The location is very noisy. If your apartment faces Lake City Way, you will hear the crosswalk beep 24-7, as well as yelling from local residents who hang out on corners. The floors are thin, which means you hear your upstairs neighbor. Finally, management had problems with maintenance and record keeping.
