Certified Resident

We've enjoyed living here, but the noise outside the buildings can be too loud. Also, the hallways are too dim Read More, and the apartments have limited lighting options.

Trash left out on the weekends is an ongoing problem. Security is supposed to take care of it but every manag Read Moreer, and there have been quite a few, hires a new company. I suspect they are trying to save more money. My apartment is really showing its age, but my repeated requests to have new blinds, for example, have been ignored. Meanwhile the rent has gone up every year by quite a lot with the reason given as, "It's market rates". I don't see the increase in rents being put back into the apt

The apartment was nice, but the rent jumped from 730 per month to 950 in one year, which seemed unreasonable a Read Mores the neighborhood is not good. The managers changed about 3 times and near the end of my stay, they were issuing apartment checks too often. When I left, the managers tried to issue me several hundred dollars of 'damage' but could not justify it when I appealed the bill.
