Its dirty everywhere you look. Filthy carpets and windows and the entire first floor smells like garbage. Park Read Moreing is nonexistent. Nowhere for guests to park without getting parking tickets. Except some residents get away with parking in non spots for free while the rest of us are forced to pay monthly parking. Gardens are a mess with cigarette butts and dog fecis everywhere.

We're sad to read that you're so dissatisfied. Regarding cleanliness around our community, we encourage you to reach out to us in person. It's important that we're notified of any areas that may require special attention, and we can discuss any other concerns you have at that time.
It is a pretty standard apartment building, in my experience. It has most of the essentials. Washer/Dryer in u Read Morenit is a plus. The balcony with a view is also nice. The lack of parking is annoying, though. Still, as a living experience, it's fair.

Lease renewal was ridiculous. Even when faced with market value facts, they completely ignored them and demand Read Moreed a $600 raise. The flooring is awful. You'd think that because the apartment is by the lake, they would take extra precautions to make sure the wood does not rise. The elevators are slow and constantly under maintenance. The building is still in renovation so there is construction all the time. Instead of giving the residents a living space area, they made it into apartments. AWFUL

I enjoyed the hospitality of staff, the amenities of the deck, bike repair station and gym, and had a great ex Read Moreperience with maintenance being prompt. On the downside, the water bill is high and not based on meter consumption, the deck fire pits do not work, their is no private area for residents to be inside other than their apartment. The constant construction has been a hassle too.
