We offer 12 month leases. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per unit with a 50 lbs weight limit. There is also a restriction on some breeds. There is s a $200 refundable pet deposit and a $250 non-refundable pet fee that applies. NO MONTHLY PET RENT! yay!
