I think they have some really strong points, but I think there is much lacking... One is the continual lack of Read More enforcement of parking. We all have hangers for our windshields to designate we're residents and have rights to park. But continually am fighting none residents for parking. We're a "gated" community, the back gate is continually being broken and they are VERY slow to repair. Been here for many years and I have had to fight to get my "front" door fixed. Thankfully this manager will fix

I really enjoyed living there but after moving out I called 3 times to get my deposit back for remote and they Read More have never returned my call to return my $50 deposit:-(

The exterior of the entire grounds is well cared for and presents an updated, modern, and inviting look. Unfor Read Moretunately, many of the units have been in need of upgrades and upkeep that has been inconsistent. The month-to-month originally promised to me was pushed to a mandatory lease and the responsiveness of the management to address repairs, smoking in entry ways, and problems with assigned parking being taken was often slow.
