Rent is based on market. When the site is full, parking is full and demand for apartment is high. This also raises costs for the owner. Have you discussed with the property manager? We have several communities from different price ranges.

I like living here. The staff is great, the grounds are kept up and the rent is reasonable. My neighbors are g Read Moreenerally pleasant and friendly, except when it comes to parking. If there is one drawback to living here, it's the parking situation.

It's a great complex in most instances; however I wasn't given all information I needed to make the best choic Read Moree to move in. I was told I would have, options for cable service, while being shown an apartment, a but when I tried to excercise the options, after I had moved in, then I was informed it was only for the apartment I was being shown. I add insult to nijury, I was told that I live an the older building and the service option didn't exist.
