The 2 bedroom 1 bath space was adequate for our family for the first couple of years. The rent would increase Read Moreyearly. The amount we were paying seemed to high especially since we needed more room for our growing family. We are now renting a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house for only $150 more. The move out process was a nightmare. We submitted our documents 2 HOURS late because the manager was not clear on how to submit the papers. Now we owed another months rent.

too noisy too many kids, office staff mean and non responsive and to add insult too injury when I moved out at Read More the walk through the staff person said she had never seen such a clean apartment, however when it came time to refund my deposit they sent me a lame letter saying they had to keep the deposit to clean the carpet. I would never recommend abby lane to anyone.

Abbey Lane looks nice and the pool is nice. If you are military like me, however, and choose it from across Read Morethe country without seeing your unit first, be aware. We lived in a first floor apartment which felt like a basement because the view from our bedroom windows was of dirt under a parking lot. It smelled like a musty basement, and there was a leak that created a huge puddle next to the cement foundation of our bedroom wall. Other units may be nice, but I hated the first floor.

Decent apartments to live in. Maintenance was great and always available. Unfortunatley the neighboring apartm Read Moreents always had some sort of dispute going on in their parking lots and could easily be heard. I could also hear the apartment below and could smell their smoke up into out vents. The maintenance did the best they could ti fix it, but it was no help. The location was very close to the highway and a grocery store which was a major plus for us.
