The units are in dire need of a remodel. In relation to dated units the rents are too high.

Manager Response

The exterior was painted twice since Management took over in 2008. The roofs were replaced. The balconies were replaced. The parking lot was seal coated. We installed a new play area. We have the most outstanding maintenance at this property in the area. All apartments are clean, painted and updated with carpeting, vinyl and resurfacing of counter-tops. We do market surveys monthly and our occupancy is always pretty full. We are in line with the market for the area and the quality of product.
