A little bit of noise during the night mostly, and the laundry cost is a little much to me. Also, overall neit Read Moreher my apartment nor the available amenities are "excellent" in the strict meaning of the word, but they're good enough. Otherwise pretty great place to have lived.

The atmosphere in my apartment is muggy. Which helps mold grow, and makes my lungs heavy. Plus apartment was b Read Moreuilt on an ant hill. Maybe because of all the moisture in the apartment.

The first year I lived here they offered a resident referral. I referred someone, they moved in and I never re Read Moreceived the referral fee. We have frequent water and parking interruptions. I understand the need for repairs however it is not acceptable to shut the water off for several hours multiple days or to shut down the parking lot for days at time. I have had noise issues with the upstairs neighbor and reported it to management and it has not been addressed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We would love for you to contact the rental office to discuss both the referral fee and noise complaint. These matters are important to us and we want to make sure their is follow up. At times we do need to make repairs to our community for the intent to be eye pleasing and to maintain the condition of our resident homes. We understand this can be very disruptive to our residents.
