The office staff was friendly and helpful. Always available when needed. The property was maintained well. Ove Read Morerall a FANTASTIC place that I would probably move back there!

They up the rent every year. Managemet is rude and disrespectful. They do not do repares in a timely maner. Th Read Moreey do not give you all the information you ask for. They give the wrong rent amount when asking what you owe then are rude when you let them know that was the price they gave you.

Awful experience. Horrible customer service. Since the day we moved in the place always had something wrong! C Read Moreeiling leak, mold, living room flooded, dishwasher had to be replaced, water system had mysterious smell by laundry machine they wouldn't look at. Damaged our belongings when maintenance tried fixing these things and we had to fight to have them replaced! When our living room had the flood and mold they wouldn't even move us to a clean apartment. They wanted to charge us more.

They charged for things "they supposedly fixed" when I moved out but I met with new resident and took pictures Read More of stuff still there. They did not give me a move out inspection, when I asked they said no and I needed to turn my keys in by 0700. They didn't even do the pre-move out walk through either. They charged me for normal wear and tear which is what my deposit is for. Worst place ever!

I have lived here for a handful of years. Over that time I have experienced several changes in management. I k Read Moreeep to myself and am very quiet, not complaining about much. Things here seem to be fairly pleasant in terms of the types of other tenants around. My biggest complaint would be the ridiculous rent increase that took place this last year along with the name change & upgrade. It was outrageous. I may not remain here if there is any type of increase at all this next year. Nightmare parking!
