I have been extremely happy with both management and maintenance issues.
The apartment is nice and comfort
Read Moreable for me. The only drawback is the patio. I am on the ground floor and water poor through from the apartment above when it rains, which makes it unusable about 6-7 months of the year. this does not make me very happy.

management does not do anything about issues with loud neighbors, their maintenance staff is rude and condesce Read Morending, when they de-moss the buildings, they do nothing to protect your vehicles & don't care if they get damaged in the process

The grounds are poorly maintained. The staff providers zero customer service. The staff has had 8 visits to my Read More apartment in 6 months for different things they need to look at or inspect.

I cannot wait until my lease is up. Repairs take forever and are done shoddily and cheaply. Appliances are poo Read Morerly maintained and ancient (ex: microwave from 1997; 800 watts and no turn table). Office staff is constantly changing; new people seem to be poorly trained and readily replaced. One of the only long term employees is impossibly rude and has difficulty communicating without hostility or sarcasm.
