The townhouse will be finished September 22nd and can be moved into the end of Sept, if not sooner. I would like time to have the washer/dryer delivered and to install blinds for the windows. The unit is a spacious 2400 sq feet and absolutely beautiful. Brick front, single car garage (with garage door opener) and driveway long enough to park 2 cars for visitors.
Upon entering, you walk into a foyer with upgraded ceramic tile flooring and 3 fully finished levels with a bathroom on every level (2 full baths on the top level).
Unlike most basements, this one has lots of windows and light because of the upgraded morning room bump out on all 3-levels. The basement has stylish recessed lights and is a walkout style basement. Next to the washer/dryer, is an oversized laundry tub.
The main level has a large eat-in country kitchen with 42" oak cabinets with pull out shelves, separate pantry, and a double-bowl sink. The built-in microwave gives plenty of counter space and the large center island offers more cabinet and counter space and an additional place to eat for casual dining. It's 1-mile from the Super Walmart, 2-miles from Home Depot on Rt. 9, 3-miles from Jefferson Memorial hospital, and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the lively Charles Town Casino and horse racing.

Leasing Terms

I'm not going to require an application or credit check fee, but I will need you to complete an application form, provide a $1495 security deposit, 3 references and sign a 1-year lease. This just gives me some reassurance that you'll treat the property with TLC. Rent will be due on the 25th of the month and checks will be accepted unless we encounter a problem. Other payment methods will then be required.
I love dogs and am a pet owner myself so I will consider a small dog on a case-by-case basis and require an additional $300 security deposit. Sorry, no cats.
